Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?

No — we don't offer cash on delivery. All orders are paid securely at checkout with any major credit or debit card (plus the express payment options shown at checkout). Your payment details are processed by Shopify's encrypted checkout — we never see or store your card number.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. DormNest runs on Shopify, the same checkout used by millions of stores worldwide, with full SSL encryption.

Do you have discounts?

Shipping

How fast will my order arrive?

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Standard US delivery takes about 4–7 business days after processing. During back-to-school season, order early for move-in!

How much is shipping?

US shipping is FREE over $49. Under $49, it's a flat $6.99.

Will I get tracking?

Yes — a tracking link lands in your email as soon as your order ships.

Are these dorm-approved?

Our products are designed damage-free and tool-free — no drilling, no screws, no sticky residue. Always check your specific dorm's guidelines, but these are made with RA rules in mind.
